What is a Comprehensive Medical Record Review?
Determining what medical conditions were caused by service has a lot to do with the experience of the person reviewing your records. We know military medical records inside and out and we are familiar with them all. In many cases the person doing the review of your records has been in the military medical system writing these same records which include your military sick call notes, clinical notes, post surgical notes, emergency room notes and profiles to name a few.

We will conduct a thorough review of all medical records you feel are important to your case. We will also review your lay statements, buddy statements and service record as needed.

Step
Upon agreeing to a medical record review we will send you a contract for services to sign along with a secure online link to pay the $200 (one-time fee).

Step
Once we receive the signed contract and payment we will send you a secure link to our secure file sharing portal for you to electronically upload your medical records, service record and any buddy or lay statements you would like to add.

Step
We will conduct a thorough review of your medical records and make a determination if there is a condition or conditions which we can assist in writing one or more medical nexus letters or DBQ’s for you.
